If you lose your baggage or an object on board the aircraft, you have two options:
- contact the airline operating your flight,
- contact the company responsible for ground assistance on the airline chartered by the Tour Operator organising your trip.

For all payments, it is essential to present the ticket stub and the baggage tag receipt given at check-in.
