{"id":4418,"date":"2026-04-01T16:23:11","date_gmt":"2026-04-01T14:23:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ajaccio-aeroport.cci.corsica\/?p=4418"},"modified":"2026-04-02T10:11:46","modified_gmt":"2026-04-02T08:11:46","slug":"corsican-airports-awarded-the-aerobio-label","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ajaccio-aeroport.cci.corsica\/en\/les-aeroports-de-corse-distingues-par-le-label-aerobio\/","title":{"rendered":"Corsica's airports awarded the A\u00e9roBio label!"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">On Wednesday 1 April 2026, at a ceremony organised by the AeroBiodiversite association at the Maison de l'Environnement at Paris-Orly, Corsican airports were honoured for their commitment to biodiversity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this occasion :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ajaccio airport awarded the A\u00e9roBio level 4 label<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bastia airport awarded the A\u00e9roBio level 3 label<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The awards, which were presented at a press briefing following the association's general meeting, recognise the concrete initiatives that have been implemented for several years at Corsican airports. \ud83e\udd1d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supported by the EPCI de Corse on the island's 4 platforms, this approach is based in particular on :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udf31 Carrying out fauna and flora inventories<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd8b Protecting heritage species<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd1d Mobilising teams and partners<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udce2 Raising awareness and communication<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It illustrates a shared ambition: to reconcile the development of airport activities and the preservation of biodiversity, within a framework of sustainable infrastructure management.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These results reflect the collective commitment of the teams and partners in the region, and confirm the dynamic undertaken by Corsica's airports to fully integrate environmental issues into their activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The EPCI of Corsica would like to thank the A\u00e9ro Biodiversit\u00e9 association and its Scientific Council for their support, and will continue with the actions it has undertaken in order to take greater account of biodiversity on its platforms over the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce mercredi 1er avril 2026, dans le cadre de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie organis\u00e9e \u00e0 la Maison de l\u2019Environnement de Paris-Orly par l\u2019association AeroBiodiversite, les a\u00e9roports de Corse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 l\u2019honneur pour leur engagement en faveur de la biodiversit\u00e9.&nbsp;
